We mainly use UV coatings for label printing! This means that the inks dry through, with the advantage of high abrasion resistance.
This means that none of the following problems occur:
- Production stops due to blocking if labels stick together during labeling because the inks have not yet dried through
- Scratching if containers rub against each other during packing in cartons
As we use UV coatings, there is no need for powder. This means that there is no build-up of powder particles during automatic label processing, which can contaminate other materials, products or moving machine parts. This means longer cleaning intervals and less maintenance time
We guarantee problem-free processing in standard automatic labeling machines. If problems do occur in your production, we will be at the machine with you to get your production process up and running.
Our company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
Our UV coating gives the labels a high-gloss surface. Containers with direct printing, i.e. lithographed containers, can hardly be distinguished visually from containers with our UV varnish. If your products are both directly printed and provided with labels, the visual impression is identical.
We do not use any finishing films such as cellophane wrapping for effects or surface protection. This is necessary for containers with an eco-certificate!
Thanks to the 100% solids content in the paint, we achieve a high paint layer thickness, which guarantees a smooth and resistant outer surface. This is then resistant to dirt and can be cleaned again if fingerprints or splashes of dirt impair legibility.
Our coating structure with direct drying guarantees:
- no blocking due to labels sticking together during automatic labeling in the machine because the inks are not yet completely dry
- no scratching when containers come into contact with each other during packaging in cartons
All components are silicone-free. This is particularly important when used with chemicals, meaning that the product is not rendered unusable if it comes into contact with the label, whether through spillage or skin transfer.
Our label surface can also be subsequently printed in a laser printer in a second print run for batch or article number, color, etc.
After labeling, it is still possible to place a sticker on the finished can through the smooth surface, such as a new sticker, color coding, attention elements or advertising elements for a short period of the market launch.
The data transfer, including the preparation of your data and our standard line supplementation, is free of charge for the first time per order.
The data you provide will be extensively checked by us. You will be informed of the result by e-mail. At this point, you can decide whether you would like to send us new data or whether your data should be prepared by us. Finally, we create a color proof for label approval.
Before printing, we always add a standard line, if possible in the overlap zone, for the date, article number or version identifier. For approval, the customer can log in via the online portal and issue the print approval electronically.
We have a GHS database in various languages that can automatically generate safety and information phrases in a continuous text. We only need the data sheets of your products as source material.
If you would like to intervene further in the production process, we offer you our browser-oriented online system, which gives you access to all data with editing options.
You supply us with your containers and we create samples from run size one for approval and then label the containers.
The following conditions must be observed:
- container diameter from 4 cm
- labeling possible on metal and plastic containers
- maximum volume size 2.5 liters
- for single-layer and multi-layer labels
